Meet Talita Mazzini
The founder
Talita has created Prime Staffing NY out of the need for high end trained quality service with an extra touch of passion and dedication.
After almost a decade working in hospitality, accumulating know how both FOH & BOH positions, Talita realized there was a gap in the industry.
Based on her own experience as a mixologist, having working in several exclusive places in New York, she witnesses how the industry became empty of dedication and care and she developed her own mindset of service that became her work signature and drove her to build the Prime Staffing NY, creating a philosophy of work that she named as ‘Double E Service’, what means; service delivered with Empathy & Excellence. Every single person that become a Prime Staffing member is thought to carry the company vision that is based on the premise of we are People serving People with excellence.
